We begin with the people we know best — high school and college students. With our resources and guidance, high schoolers and college students experience, firsthand, STEM's capacity for social impact and problem-solving. Our students pay it forward by becoming advocates for our movement and reaching out to their communities and schools.

Our Grow Together initiative is to enable our members to incubate their ideas and also find internship and job opportunities.
